Can t Update my iPhone. Help me

itunes shows error 3014 on und i can t fix it with the apple Support. On the iPhone at the software update will bot be shown the ios 9.3.4 update. Do not stop to search after an Update.

P.S. Sorry for my english

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.3

Try following the steps here (which also cover error code 3014):

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support
